Shipping & Returns

All orders ship via USPS, Monday through Friday. Processing takes up to two days following purchase. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once the order has shipped.

Holidays include: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day

 

Unframed prints are carefully rolled and packaged in a clear poly holder & mailing tube. Framed prints are wrapped in craft paper & packaged in a cushioned shipping box. All rings are packaged in a round wooden pill box. If you have delivery requests or deadlines, please email jnjamesnabach@gmail.com and I will do my very best to accommodate!

Please note international duties and taxes are not included in the total checkout. The customer is responsible for any and all customs/duties fees incurred. All packages are the responsibility of the receiver once they pass through US customs clearance into your designated country.

RETURNS

If you are not completely happy with your order, returns or exchanges are accepted up to 5 business days after delivery. Customers are responsible for shipping costs; please include tracking. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged and must be properly packed in its original packaging. Please email jnjamesnabach@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery regarding the return. You will be refunded in full, minus the cost of initial shipping.

DAMAGE UPON DELIVERY

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email jnjamesnabach@gmail.com for a return shipping label. Damage claims must be submitted no later than 5 business days after delivery, so please inspect your items when they arrive. The refund does not include the cost of initial shipping. Refunds are not issued for damage due to customer's negligence.

I reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the mentioned criteria.
